뉴질랜드 고등법원에 따르면 최근 $NZ 5억달러 규모의 웰링턴(Wellington) 쉘리베이(Shelly Bay) 개발계획을 기각했다. 기각된 이유는 쉘리베이 개발계획의 새로운 자원 동의가 합의에 도달하지 못했기 때문이다. 2016년 9월 자원 동의서가 제출된 바 있다. 그러나 지역 사업그룹인 엔터프라이즈 미라마(Enterprise Miramar)가 법적으로 이의를 제기했다.글로벌 다국적 투자은행인 골드만삭스(Goldman Sachs Group)에 따르면 뉴질랜드 국내 3곳 기업의 주가는 상승할 가능성이 높은 것으로 드러났다. 해외시장에서의 긍정적으로 평가하고 있기 때문이다.해당 기업은 제네시스에너지(Genesis Energy), A2밀크(A2 Milk), 신라이트밀크(Synlait Milk) 등이다. 국제유가의 안정, 국제 우유가격의 상승 등이 실적을 호전시킬 것으로 전망된다.뉴질랜드 정부 산하 세금시스템인 택스워킹그룹(Tax Working Group)에 따르면 양도소득세를 도입할 계획이다. 국민들의 소득세 부담을 완화하기 위한 목적이다. 국민 1인당 소득세 감세액은 $NZ 735달러로 연간 총금액은 20억달러에 달할 것으로 예상된다. 국민당(National)은 양도소득세 도입을 위해 소득세를 감면하는 정책으로 돌아가는 것은 위선적이라고 비난했다.  ▲택스워킹그룹(Tax Working Group) 홈페이지

이스라엘 국영항공사 엘알(El Al)에 따르면 인도항공사가 사우디아라비아 영공을 통과하는 것이 불합리하다는 소송을 취하하려는 압력을 받고 있다.2018년 3월 22일 인도 국영항공사인 에어인디아(Air India)가 뉴델리에서 이스라엘 텔아비브 벤구리온공항에 착륙했다. 사상 처음으로 사우디아라비아 영공을 통과한 것이다.엘알(El Al)은 에어인디아(Air India)가 사우디아라비아와 오만 상공을 통과하면서 비행시간과 비용이 획기적으로 줄어들면서 불공정 경쟁에 해당된다고 판단한 것이다.1994년 12월 민영화된 엘알(El Al)는 이스라엘민간항공정책은 이스라엘 항공사와 외국 항공사에 동일한 경쟁기반을 제공해야 한다는 입장이다.2016년 이스라엘과 인도는 동일하고 공정한 기회를 양국 항공사에 제공하기로 합의해 비행노선을 개설했다. 하지만 이와 같은 주장에도 불구하고 에어인디아(Air India)가 비용이 절감되는 항공로를 포기할 가능성은 낮다.현실적으로 이스라엘은 사우디아라비아, 오만 등과 외교관계가 없어서 영공을 통과할 수 없어 양국 항공사가 동일한 기반의 경쟁환경을 갖을 수는 없다.▲국영항공사 엘알(El Al) 로고

인도 ED(Enforcement Directorate)에 따르면 2018년 5월 국영항공사 에어인디아(Air India)의 항공기 111대에 대한 입찰규정 위반혐의에 대해 조사를 착수했다. 해당 111대의 항공기 구입금액은 7000억루피로 집계됐다. 이외에도 통일진보연합(UPA)당이 정권을 유지한 기간 동안의 항공기 임대와 수익창출 노선 및 항공표의 중단도 조사 대상이다. 현재 각각의 계약과 이행한 과정을 면밀하게 검토하고 있다. 해당 조사는 정부 수사국인 CBI에서 2017년 5월 29일 FIR 3개를 제출하며 개시됐다. 2007년 Indian Airlines-Air India의 인수합볍 과정에 대한 조사도 동시에 진행되고 있다. ▲ED(Enforcement Directorate) 로고 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------111 jets at ₹70,000 crore: Air India under ED lens for deal during UPA ruleDevesh K. The CBI had also instituted a preliminary enquiry into the Indian Airlines-Air India merger in 2007.The Central government, in December 2005, cleared the proposal for the purchase of 68 aircraft from Boeing and the next year, Indian Airlines also signed up for buying 43 aircraft from Airbus.The CBI cases are against unknown officials of the Civil Aviation Ministry and Air India, registered pursuant to the Supreme Court’s directives on January 5 last year while hearing a PIL plea by the non-government organisation, Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL).‘Govt. suffered losses’One FIR pertains to allegations of irregularities in the aircraft purchases. "The action [of making the purchases] was taken dishonestly and in conspiracy with other unknown persons on extraneous considerations and resulted in pecuniary benefit to private companies and huge financial loss to the government," it alleged.‘Loans taken from U.S.’The FIR also alleged that loans were taken from the U.S. and Indian banks to finance the same, causing the airlines to go into debt.In December 2017, the Supreme Court directed the CBI to conclude the probe into the aircraft purchases in the next six months.Another FIR alleges that a large number of aircraft were leased without due consideration, proper study of routes and marketing/price strategy. We have made bid through National Company Law Tribunal. The Committee of Creditors probably in a week's time will open the bids. We are very keen on some part of Ruchi Soya. We are more keen on their oil palm plantation business. That is very attractive because we also have that business. We know that business very well.That is our primary focus as far as Ruchi Soya is concerned," Yadav told PTI. In December 2017, Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd (NSE -6.73 %), which has debt of Rs 10,000 crore, entered the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Shailendra Ajmera was appointed to act as Interim Resolution Professional. Patanjali Ayurved, a fast moving consumer goods firm, run by yoga guru Baba Ramdev and Adani Wilmar, which sells cooking oil under Fortune brand, are among the other bidders. Replying to a query, Yadav said they clocked Rs 5,200 crore revenue and expects to record higher growth during the current fiscal. He said the company's Animal Feed division is expected to yield better results backed by favourable commodity prices. "My sense is that the growth (Animal Feed division) will be more than double this year as per the trend which I am seeing now," he said. Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet Limited, announced the launch of 'Jersey Thickshakes' today. 'Jersey Thickshakes' are manufactured at Creamline Dairy Private Limited's state-of-the-art plant near here. In December 2015, Godrej Agrovet acquired a majority stake in CDPL. With a processing capacity of above 12 lakh litres per day and over 100 collection centres, CDPL has a strong distribution network in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and parts of Maharashtra.     =========인도 NCLAT(National Company Law Appellate Tribunal)에 따르면 철강기업 타타스틸(Tata Steel)의 Bhushan Steel에 대한 인수작업을 중단한다고 발표했다. 인수과정에 대한 Bhushan Steel의 청원서에 대한 사항도 타타스틸에 통보됐다.
